Fun and Games February 6, 2011, at 11:19 pm | Well, the mood in our household is a bit dejected due to the Steelers’ heartbreaking loss tonight to the Green Bay Packers, but we won’t let that dampen our joy at the wonderful weekend we were able to spend with our friends (and we still gladly call them friends, despite the fact that they attempted to brainwash our children into shouting “Go Pack Go!” and “Big Ben Stinks” during the Super Bowl).
We filled the weekend with lots of hard work:
But we made sure to reward our hard-working friends with leisure time:
And cuddle time:
And plenty of food:

So even if Jim’s diehard black-and-yellow blood prevents him from fully agreeing with me, I’d say this was a winner of a weekend!

ABOUT US I'm blessed to be saved by the grace of God, loved by my wonderful husband Jim, and embraced by my twin girls, Rebecca Faith and Susanna Joy and my sons Jimmy and Danny. I started this blog in May 2008 when I was hospitalized for pre-term labor at 24 weeks gestation. The Lord allowed me to keep the girls inside until they were 34 weeks along, and on July 27th, Rebecca made her debut, followed by Susanna, five minutes later, on July 28th.
