Sigh.  Judging by last night’s sleepless results, I’m on to the next variable.  And I had such high hopes!  I never was very good at science.

    I think you are on the right track to keep the girls awake more during the day – but it takes a while to switch your days and nights – so don’t give up yet – but I think you have to accept a certain amount of sleep deprivation with infant twins. Good luck !! It truly doesn’t last forever – but it seems that way when you are in the middle of it! Trish
