Vacation Pics Part 4

I can mark our Ocean City 2015 trip as the first year in recent memory where my time at the beach approached something akin to relaxation!  The kids were finally old enough to entertain themselves with the abundant sand and water diversions, and even though I still had to keep a vigilant headcount at all times, I was blessed to be able to occasionally sit and talk with our friends and family.  Becky found the courage to do some wave-jumping and wave-riding with her cousins, Susie happily rode the waves like a pro with her Bubba and cousins, Jimmy dug in the sand like an eager puppy dog, and Danny was thrilled with every aspect of the beach – the waves, the endless sand toys, and the crowd of family he could entertain.  It was so much fun to watch the kids fall in love with the beach!

It’s always so wonderful to catch up with old friends and feel like no time has passed!  We were blessed to spend time last weekend with visiting friends, who joined us for turtle spotting, baby cradling, boat adventuring, and pool splashing.  It was perfect!  photo IMG_9041.jpg
