Susie: “If I had a black eye, people would call me “black-eyed Susie”! ***** Me, admonishing the girls to quiet down: “Make sure you’re ladylike.” Jimmy: “And man-like!” ***** Susie: “Never throw a temper tantrum at school because then the principal will call your mom.”
Friday night at the Lego Store means one happy family! Who knows what these hooligans were planning to do with these chairs at the top of the stairs…maybe it was just a scenic spot to brush their teeth?
The long-awaited day is here! We officially have a two-wheel-bike-rider in the family! And it’s the 3 1/2 year old!
Most people are grossed out by so-called “stink bugs.” My son wants it as a pet!
The boys have been obsessed with trying to “tow” the boat trailer with various bikes and toys. Whenever they go outside, I catch them fiddling with the tow hooks, trying to figure out some way to hitch up their bikes. Good thing we have such a heavy boat, or else I’m sure the boys would have figured out a way to trailer it down the driveway by themselves!
My mom sent the kids new fleece pajamas for the season, which the kids immediately changed into (mid-day!). I tried to get them to pose for a group photo in their darling new jammies, but this was the best I could do! |
