Pretty in Pink and Purple November 17, 2008, at 10:30 pm | I continued the trend from yesterday and dressed Susanna in purple and Rebecca in pink again today. They had a pediatrician appointment, so I figured they may as well get dressed up to go out! The girls are finally out of their newborn clothes and into their 0-3 month outfits, and with good reason: Susanna now weighs 9 lbs 4 oz and Rebecca is 10 lbs 2 oz (so I guess it makes sense why Rebecca feels so much heavier than her sister now – she’s nearly a pound bigger!).
Here’s a little photo shoot for your enjoyment. You’ll notice that I didn’t get many pictures of Susanna in the Bumbo chair, as she was less than thrilled with being photographed. Rebecca was more than happy to have the limelight all to herself!

I love how Rebecca poses for the camera! She just looks darling 🙂 And I can totally sympathize with Susie’s tears – too precious! I was talking to mom last night and I heard the voicemail of Rebecca’s conversation with you! I can’t believe how much she’s advanced in a month! It was like she totally knew what was going on and had quite a bit to say! I can’t wait to see them (AND YOU!) in December!

I can’t beleive how big they are getting they look so grown up in their little chairs. They are truly adorable. My neighbor asked me how the twins were doing and I gave her your web site to look at. She said, I never told her one was named Rebecca, and wouldn’t you know she would be the one with the weight problem…..I’m not sure what she was trying to say…(HAHA)I enjoy your blog and read it every two or three days. Wow, it’s hard to imagine that they are growing so much. I’m sure you are well aware of this, but what a wonderful Thanksgiving this is going to be. God has sure overfilled your plate with things to be Thankful for! The girls are beautiful and grwoing so much. Can you imagine that some babies weigh 9 lbs at BIRTH!!?!?!?!? God bless those women!!!
