Six by Six October 21, 2011, at 9:40 pm | Jimmy’s not been sleeping well the past few weeks; he’s either up at 5:30 a.m. for the day, or he’s up one to two times a night. I don’t know what to attribute his nighttime wakefulness to, other than the fact that he’s suddenly cutting four top center teeth. That brings him to a grand total of six teeth. The child’s not even six months old yet. I think he’s ready to skip the strained peas and move right on to meat and potatoes!
Hmm…how about he use those six teeth to gnaw into a turkey…tryptophan makes you sleepy, right?!

ABOUT US I'm blessed to be saved by the grace of God, loved by my wonderful husband Jim, and embraced by my twin girls, Rebecca Faith and Susanna Joy and my sons Jimmy and Danny. I started this blog in May 2008 when I was hospitalized for pre-term labor at 24 weeks gestation. The Lord allowed me to keep the girls inside until they were 34 weeks along, and on July 27th, Rebecca made her debut, followed by Susanna, five minutes later, on July 28th. We ecstatically welcomed Jimmy into our lives on April 25th, 2011, and Danny on August 31, 2012. This blog has been a personal journal of faith and motherhood and the only way I can remember which child did what and when. Thanks for stopping by to share in my Faith and Joy! Feel free to e-mail me at: [email protected].

Such a sweet picture of the little guy. Hope you ALL sleep better tonight.
we continue to be on a 3.5-4 hr sleep pattern at night too, and he’s not cutting teeth yet so he has nothing to complain about….i want my 7 hr sleeper back!!! Unlike you, thankfully we still usually get naps in (or at least one of us gets naps, and it sure isn’t me!!)Best of luck…if you find the magic pill let me know….we’ll pay top $$$ for it!
