Even though I love action-packed vacations, it’s nice every once in a while to just hang out and avoid the crowds. Fortunately, the timeshare where we stay has plenty of diversions for the kids, so we took full advantage of the free activities!
We had cousin couch time:
Shuffleboard time (a.k.a. hopscotch):
Tennis time:
Sand time: (who needs beach volleyball when you can just roll in the sand? The two little specks in the picture are my sand-covered sons!):
Paddleboat time:
Playground time:
Mini-golf time:
Snack time:
Pool time:
Porch time:
And one of the kids’ favorites – arcade time! And I have to record cousin Katelyn’s comment when she was in the midst of a particularly intense game. She had a worried expression on her face and was gripping the handles tightly. Her mom said something to me along the lines of, “Katelyn looks terrified.” Quickly, Katelyn corrected her (keeping her eyes glued on the screen): “I’m not terrified. This is AMAZING!”
Looks like great accommodations ! So glad you have this quality time together…that’s when the memories are made !
