Back to Reality August 29, 2010, at 10:32 pm | We just got back from a week-long vacation with my parents and sister at beautiful Deep Creek Lake in Maryland. I will post lots of pictures once I sort through the 400-plus images that I just uploaded (and once I stop giggling at all the shots of a fuzzy caterpillar my sister took when she absconded with my camera for a morning). I quickly scanned the pictures and tried to pick one that captured the mood of the week, so I could convey to you all what a wonderful, full-yet-relaxing time we had. I eventually decided on one that shows my mom helping the girls swoosh down a slide together. Becky, Susie and Mom are all grinning like they’ve never been happier…which just may be the case!

ABOUT US I'm blessed to be saved by the grace of God, loved by my wonderful husband Jim, and embraced by my twin girls, Rebecca Faith and Susanna Joy and my sons Jimmy and Danny. I started this blog in May 2008 when I was hospitalized for pre-term labor at 24 weeks gestation. The Lord allowed me to keep the girls inside until they were 34 weeks along, and on July 27th, Rebecca made her debut, followed by Susanna, five minutes later, on July 28th. We ecstatically welcomed Jimmy into our lives on April 25th, 2011, and Danny on August 31, 2012. I agree. I can not think of a happier or more relaxed vacation than the one we just completed. I already miss those precious children of yours.

How cute! See who ever said sisters don’t love each other??? Your 2 girls are so in love with each other! I loe the attempt at BOTH climbing up the stairs at the same time!!!!
